I want to Sale my 5 merla house in Eden value homes on Main Multan Raod.
House is in A block and number is 6. Its only few yards from Main Multan Raod, while entering in Eden Value homes.

I have paid till date 1,658,000.00
Next installment is due on : 10 March 2008
Quarterly installment is 2760,000/-
I booked the house in 2,900,000.00 with additional 95,000.00 as development charges.

Eden had added 10% on its cost because of expensive labour and material. So, It will cost around 32-33 lac. approx.
