Kaisrani sb how you doing and how is life there in safari villas these days.I am interested in buying a 8 marla serena.Do these villas have main gates outside.If not, will Bahria allow me to fix a main gate.Also does Bahria allow to raise the fence walls or fix temporary coverings to preserve privacy.Plaese advise.

Yes! Safari Villas Serena has main gate outside but it does not help to preserve privacy. If you provide your email address, I will send you photos of boundary wall along with main gate. As per Bahria Rules and Regulations you are not allowed to make changes on external design but few people have raised or fixed temporary coverings. Personally I will not recommend you to buy a Safari Villa if your requirements does not match with Safari Villas present design and style. Thanks. |
