Almost how much time frame DHA 9/10 will take to get balloted and further develop? Any idea. Can it take more then 8 years? And this 12 lac development charges are confirm or can vary according to the situation?

According to DHA Lahore they now have 90% land in their possession in phase 9-10. DHA could do a ballot when they have 80% land in hand. When they will do the ballot?. I dont think its possible before 2 years. I think DHA 9-10 is 5 to 7 years project. Current development charges are 9 lacs. They could go as high as 12 lacs for DHA 9-10 but I dont believe the could be higher than that because military men that get plots alloted to them ONLY pay development charges and don't pay any land cost. Since they only [pay development charges I don't believe the amount on dev charges will be too high for them. |
