Good News! DHA-2 Ext started picking up!,

DHA Islamabad had seen its bottom and now started picking up.
Certificates of DHA-2 Extension are now selling at Rs. 12,00,000.
It seems Dubai property crash is diverting the investors to Pakistan now.
One can also see higher buying in Islamabad sectors; especially G-11 and G-13 plots are in much demand now

NEVER BUY A PROPERTY WHICH DOES NOT HAVE FOUR CORNERS. BUY SOMETHING WHICH EXISTS AND HAS FOUR CORNERS OR A BOUNDARY WALL CONSTRUCTED. OTHERWISE ALL THE REMAINING THINGS ARE IN THE AIR

jhoot, price is less than it u r trying to promote phase2 ext.i think u have files there and u want increase in price.for ur kind information prices will go more down after few days.

get me a file at 9 lacs now in DHA-2 extension?
Do not show your muscles here; simply fetch a file for me!
Also get me 30*60 in G-11 new allotments, at one month prior price, if you are wise enough to keep yourself in touch with the property cycles, you MUST be knowing one month prior price in G-11!

Dear Mr. Learnt,

Investment does not see the corners, it only looks for the outcome out of the money, which was put into?

I will wait for Rana's lovely message and if He knoes what He is talking about, I will book my seat the next day, to Pakistan!
