It is located on New Airport Road,Lahore Cantt.So, keep in mind, its lahore cantt. It has a direct approach of double road from The Mall road. Its just 2 kilometers from DHA phase 8 and airport entrance. 5 mins drive from saddar,defence,Metro shopping center,Fortress stadium and parklane towers.(ideal locality yar.Everyone must know about its locality.visit it atleast once. i assure you all that you will do good to yourself.)

These houses are alloted to army personels so people living here belong to army and everyone is a colonel,brig or belong to inteligence. Has a boundary wall that protects its people. Has 2 gates of entrance where strangers cant enter.Security is something you people cant get in defence.So the society is secure due to army and inteligence people.No beggers or teasers.It has 6 sectors i.e A,B,C & D. sectors E, F are under construction.The houses are bigger than houses in DHA. Houses are of different designs but i like New integrated design the most. Please do check it out, you will feel the difference in the first sight.The 10 marls house looks like 11 marlas.1 kanal looks likes 22 marlas. Currently it has 2 parks in which every type of sport can be played. Markets,shops,barber,parlour,property advisers,bakery etc, everything is available within the society.Fixed rates of maids and servants are decided by the authorities so maids and servants are not a problem.you can get taxi's and public transports right on the gate opening towards airport and defence.A really nice community with nice and decent families.
Future Value:
Askari 10 comes within the cantonment premises. It has a direct approach from double road.A five star hotel called "Hyyat regency" is being constructed infront of the society. Ring road is also underconstruction that will connect with askari 10.Broadway commercial, biggest commerical place of lahore,being constructed in phase 8 DHA will just be 3 mins drive from this society.Yar, If i get a house in lahore cantt and in such a good society at such an ideal location, what else do i want? Trust me, future is of Askari 10.these houses are bigger and security is something everyone wants.
Prices:
10 Marla house price is 90lacs while the market is down and 1 kanal house costs about 150lacs. these prices will go higher in near future and will be out of reach of everyones house.
My advice to everyone is that make your dreams come true and buy your own house in lahore cantt area with security,ideal location,best future value and every facility of life.
