Dear CMY and dedicated team,
I would like to get some information on phase 7 and its true facts.
I have seen alot of diffrent information being posted about DHA 7 handover of certain blocks. Adverts are sent even by lahorerealestate team that handover will be given by March 2009 and then after that they advertise that it will be December 2009. I am talking about blocks P,R,S.
Then there conflicting information on whether prices have hit bottom and prices will rise or not. This also constantly changes.
I do not understand why people can not state the truth. The property game in Pakistan is always been murky and things that are supposed to happen do not. Or people run of with assets and an immense amount of fraud is taking place. So people like lahorerealestate should provide accurate and decisive information to support that fact that not every Pakistani is a con artist.
Now can some one please provide the facts of what is actually going on. Ex pats like myself love Pakistan and want to invest there but not actually living in Pakistan we rely on sources like lahorerealestate.
So I please request for brothers to not let us down and provide true facts that is what I ask.
