Dear All :
I have came to know that Bahria has decided NOT to develop anymore blocks in Sector C ( Rose, Lilic, Nargis etc ) and they are shifting all those plots to Raiwind Road.... Does anyone have any knowledge of this ? also any new about their Raiwind Project, Prices there etc etc will be appreciated.

Dear Khan Baba,
I am an owner of one of these blocks that will not be developed in Sector C.
Bahria Town help desk is very open about it and is stating that these projects will be moved to Raiwind road and once the maps etc are finalized. The owners will be told. |

I have info that Bt is in possession of all that land in front of and on the side of Sector C, they are planning more projects over there like safari villas and they are now selling developed plots like they did in Shaheen and now they have launched 5 & 7 marla plots next to Gulmeher block. It is speculated that a possible larger project might be launched by BT on the land where Sector C ends. |

Malik Raiz is a business man, now that Bahria Town Lahore is very famous and is getting populated very very fast he wants to make more projects over there which will connect to the existing project. This way the prices of the new plots can be as high as the existing plots which were sold by BT years ago for half the price. Any where else BT would not be able to sell there property like they would ove here. |
