Also plese note a friend of mine visited D-12 in person this past Sunday and according to the crew there the work was ready to start first thing Monday morning with full force. My friend saw a lot of construction equipment and pipes there. Remember Sunday is a holiday.
If any brother from Islamabad can verify to see if the work has actually started that would be greatly appreciated.
