Thank you for updating us on the new requirements of this law that all dues of phase 7 plots must be cleared before transfer.
I am confused whether this is a good thing or not, will this mean the ammount of plots for sale will decrease and therefore increase the price of plots in phse 7?
Also could you tell me what the penalty of not paying your development charges is per day, thankyou
I request for brothers to write there views.

I think it will not make any difference but for development speed it can be good, I dont think it will make much difference if you Pay 33 lac now or 31.5 Now and Pay 1.5 Lac after 5 Months. Couple of years ago it was rule in DHA that you should pay all the dues at time of transfer, at that time dues were 9 Lac. So it carried some weitage that You pay 24 lac or 33 lac. But soon they abolished that rule. But Now when only one instalment is left it does not make much difference.
I think it matteres only to Margin trader, or those plots which were ballotted late and 4 or 5 Instalments were due. For such Plots people were asking one Lac more price as it is good Facilty to pay 6, or 7.5 lac Later.
At the same time DHA should also realize that if they dont give developed Plot after due period then they should pay damage. Or they will say like Bahria due to our own Laziness development has been delayed 3 years and cost of development has increased so you pay 2 lac possession charges. {the cost of Bahria's Laziness] |
