Dear readers
I have invested in DHA in phases 7, in P and S blocks. Over the past two weeks the markets mood seems to be alot better and in high spirit.
I would like to know whether know is a good time to sell or is it wise to wait a further 6 months before selling these plots.
The question I an answer for is it worth holding the plots for a further 6 months will prices increase enough to justify this holding of the plots for a further 6 months.

It all depends on you if are happy with current market rates which are still low, as per last 2 ys trend then it is OK.
I think only that person can be happy to sell at this time who got these plots in 9 lac each I mean ballot or Army. Only in Nov 2006 the prices touched less than this but at that time Dollar was 57 So still those investors are at loss.
Conclusion is that price of Phase 7 should be higher than this in Near future. Investors are coming back only thing is Tension between India and Pakistan. |

Do you think that6 months the prices will increase by a decent ammount or not. I need to sell in 6 months as I want to start a project else where but will iprices increase by then and how much. |

Choudhary sahib the prices will pick up very quickly during the next month and will remain rising with a steady pase for at least 4 more months. |

You can wait 4,5 Months, If you need money in 6 Months. Good thing in DHA Plots is that you can sell them immediately if you sell 1 to 1.5 Lac less than Market price. It does not mean that you necessarily wait for May. You make your mind to sell at certain realistic level and if yo get then sell it immediately no matter it is Feb or April. But now it is clear that Jan is better than Dec so Trend may continue for a while |
