Bahria Town has now announced details and sales of its project Bahria Orchard on Raiwind Road.

It seems that Awami Villas will be called as Bahria Cottages in future.

Bahria Orchard earlier was named as bahria fairwinds.

I've been constantly watching the development which is very good. Bahria has constructed some 1-kanal houses and are available for sale. possession ranging from 1 month to 1 year. One kanal house roughly 1.4 crore .installments option also available.

Gas is not available, they say they can arrange LPG cylinder, if you are really crazy to live in that part of the world.
From Bahria Orchard raiwind is less than 2 minutes.

There will be no link of this project to canal Road. I think its impossible.

so Ali sahib do you think this project will not succeed because of the distance and over pricing. Because it has taken BT canal projects to get to this stage after more than 1 decade.

Bahria are good developer @ Max they will give promised Plot in promised time with no extra charges. But to but a kanal in 40, one will definitely see what other options we have in mind. what about NFC 1 Valancia or DHA 6 you can arrange in these 40 to 45.

if the price was set at 30 lac then people would definatly buy and due to the buying the rate would have gotten to the 40's stage but this way no one will buy. They really should have made a new project right next to there existing one on Canal road.

I think it will be important for people considering buying in Bahria Orchards that NOT all the picutes shown in Community Features at Bahria Orchards' website are really of Bahria Orchards. Many of them are from Bahria Town's along the canal projects. I hope most of the people visiting this website will be aware but I just wanted to highlight that just in case.
