before seeing this map I thought this was a big project and people will buy in it and most of them would construct because of its emince size but after looking at it the plots being offered are equal to the size of 1 and a half of of the block of Sector C e.g Jasmine and half of Tulip. The commercials are on a 50ft road, its batter to invest in the Sector C ones because at least that area has population and is getting populated very fast.
Ooh and the area with no plot numbers marker phase 2 is probably not in the possession of BT, who knows BT might not even have the full land for the marked plots. Dealers will defiantly try to boost this project but lets see. |
