Dear Readers,
I am looking to buy a 5 marla house in lahore to live in a decent area (including southwest and central lahore) . My budget is 25 lac. I want some suggestions that which part / scheme is better and affordable in this budget.

25 lac for 5 marla house..
the only places where you can look would be going upwards at canal 2wards Sozo Water park. since cost of double story house 5 marla is also around 2 million.. (u can say 4 less) |

I am currently working on a guy.. who is selling a house on 30 lac double story of 4.5 marla for my personal use.. but that street is only 12 feet.. which is the biggest disadvantage of this.. but access wise that house is at perfect location.. (& it is not a bad place to live either like towards jhaal.. since it is pretty close to Gulberg, liberty.. etc.. ) |
