Dear CMY,
The rate of 10 marla is less in phase-7(i think because of location). I want to ask that if you see the map of 10 marla in DHA-7(Y-Block) There is a wide road between graveyard and plots And these plots are in Single row. My Question is this. These plots will be facing 1 kanal plots or facing graveyard? Because these plots have road on both side. Hope you get my Point? and the rate u menssion for 10 marla is 17-19 lac and how much extra for development chaarges we have to pay?
How long DHA-8(Park view)-10 marla will take to get balloted and almost how much will be development charges?
Which is the good investment?

DHA phase 7 10 marla plots are available at 17 to 19 lacs that include development charges of 4.5 lacs.I think these 10 marla are too expansive when one kanal in Y is available at 24 to 30 lacs. Its a very bad investment because of very poor location near graveyard.
A 10 marla in Parkview is much better investment. It will be ready at same time or even before DHA 7 10 marla plots. DHA 8 10 marla against land files are available at 20.50 lacs and 7 lacs development charges must be paid in 3 years in installments in addition to 20.50 lacs.

Thanks for your value able answer. Is there any difference between 10 marla file against land and 10 marla(Park view) allocation files? What will be the possible location for them.

I feel more comfortable with 10 marla files against land that are issued by DHA and are just like phase 8 proper files.
On other hand 10 marla open files or files issued by past management of Parkview do not win same trust of buyer like files issued from start to finish by DHA Lahore.
Price is now same for both. why not buy some thing that is more safer. At Lahore real Estate we try our best to look to protect your investment as much we could. Instead of looking for commission only we try to look where you will be served best. |

pl also advise when these files will be balloted and will the ballot of the files cover all the blocks?
