Can someone please comment on the newly launched scheme Eden Land?
The location and the developers reputation.
I heard they are the good guys and having good reputation in construction.
A response from you can sure help a lot of silent readers of this page who do not have even a basic info about Lahore property.

tHEIR PREVIOUS PROEJCTS ARE DELAYED BY 1-2 YEARS. dELIVERY IS NOT ON TIME
hOWEVER, IF WE COMPARE TO OTHER BUILDERS/DEVELOPERS, THEY ARE MUCH BETTER OFF IN TERMS OF AT LEAST SAFE INVESTMENT |

They have renamed Eden Gardens on Ferozepur to Eden Land.
There were few signs on ferozepur road written Eden Gardens 3 kms and these signs says, Eden Land 3 kms. I went to Eden gardens and couldn't find a single board of Eden gardens, it was all changed to Eden Land. |
