Bahria town is telling people undeveloped plots of sector c and overseas enclave will be moved here. When and why only BT could answer it correctly.

Now this is why people are a bit hasten of BT because if they can develop this project in 1.5 years they could have completed the Sector C blocks which are on ground but not complete, in a couple of months and now many people would have a lot more trust in them. I cant believe that BT management dose not see the sentiments of its valuable clients, as they so graciously put it on this attached form.

Expect more to pay because BT has history to raise prices when innocent buyers trapped in cage.

I don't think people would fall for this this time. I mean the only reason they moved there site office over there is so that atleast people will come to see the project because other wise due to the distance and distrust among there clients no one would have even gone to see it. Bahria Town management is aware of this fact.

It will be better than sector C if properly developed, reason is sector C is about 3 KM from main Canal road, where as depth of this scheme does not look deep. But this area is worth only 20 to 22 If very Nicely developed lac a Kanal, 39 Lac is too much
