I understand you are visiting Islamabad. Did you had a chance to visit D-12 and see the ground activities first hand? If so, can you please update us all on the progress.

I like to get some advice that buying Apartment in a buidling or buying small house is a good investment in Lahore since it get very hot in summer.

i have visited so many time,it requinre around 2 years for posassion,but nice place for living.

there are bright chances that plot possession will be given this year.
There are few spots which are still disputed in D-12. But they won’t be the hindrance in possession of majority clean plots. If you go to F-11, there are still disputed areas, BUT the sector is mature for any residential and business projects since long. So in my view it won’t take much time to GO, since there is no other new sector except G-13, and E-11 (with some reservations).

We need someone from Islamabad to confirm if they see a lot of sector development activity now. Per a friend of mine, he saw a lot of machinery the day before the work was started to resume. The ground crew echoed the same understanding and recieved the same direction from the contractor as mentioned above in the article.

i have visited so many times, connecting road from e/11 is almost completed,natural gass main pipe line is reached in sector,the complition time is around a year,i am costructing my house in e/11,from new sector road it is just 3 mitues drive,i am going to d/12 from this road,only one small nala bridge is left,belive me dont sell plot or even invest in this sector,today i also visited this sector because i want to invest in sector.

Mr. Atiq,

After your visit to the sector, what were your thoughts?

You mentioned to "not sell plot or even invest". This statement sort of contradicts. Perhaps I am misunderstanding your statement. I think you are advising to hold off selling and are advising to buy instead. Can you please confirm?
