Thanks for that advice atiq raja but you do not elaborate on why these are weak investments. Perhaps you have some plots or files in your own investment areas that you want to suggest to people on here so that those areas can give you a decent profit.
This is the problem with this site everyone has an opinion which is fine but only if those opinions were genuine unbiased ones. Unfortunately people have their own agendas and therefore comment where no one has asked them to do so much like in my case.
These might be week investments as you say atiq raja but only back in November 25th 08 you were advising doc709 (post number 146) who was interested in G13 that (your exact quote was) "g/13 is not good investment, better to invest in d/12 or price wise in g/15 ajk society". I ask again what has now changed in less than 2 months that ajk society (Khayaban-E-Kashmir) is suddenly a bad investment? Could it be that by now you have sold your plots in ajk society and are now advising people (whether they ask you or not) to invest in places where you have bought in to??
Please keep your comments to yourself unless asked, people on here that are thinking of buying are not stupid and am sure will do their own research.
This post is not intended to offend you atiq raja or anyone else but I am sure everyone reading this knows where I am coming from.
