Question should be, if these plots are really in control of CMY or coming from 5 different hands.

It does not matter whether all these plots are in CMY hands or not. Generally , the property dealers need not have all the plots "in hand" to quote. In Property buisenss, dealers always keep in contact with other dealers.

Needless to say, LRE is one of the active real estate dealers in DHA lahore.

CMY would be better able to comment. According to my knowledge, These blocks in phase 6 are now available for possession from Sept 1, 08 and construction should be done within 3 years.

Perdesi bhai all these plots are possessionn area plots.

Farid sahib not all plots are in my control. A buyer dont care if plot is in my control or not. He want to get best possible price.
