I am looking to buy a commercial plot where I could start construction in March 09 provided it has great rental potential.
I would appreciate proposals or an advice about possible locality.

You could buy a plot in Bahria Town Sector C, 5 marla costs from 25 to 50 lac on the 210ft main boulevard and 8 marla costs 50 to 60 lac. Possession is available right now and there are also a lot of houses being made in BT now for the commerial area to work very well. |
