recently i have been alloted a 4 marla commercial plot DHA islamabad commercial avenue what are the prospects and is the buying and selling has started for this scheme can anybody guide me

You have to wait.. because all schemes of DHAI promoted through BT are becoming a failure. Very less people have invested in this commercial. There is no question of sale purchase, however it may start when the loss become substantial as it is happening in case of DHA Valley, DHA Villas etc

there is no papulation,residential sector development,there is negative selling,there is no future till 20 year time,better depose and get back your money.
