Dear Brothers
I would like for some information on commercial plots and prices somewhere were I could build shops and have a healthy return.
I would like to look at bahria and DHA but I need a plot which has homes around it. With atleast good infrastructure. I have a max budget of 45 lacs and am looking at spending less amount of this capital as posible.

45 lacks are nothing,you can not bay a 5 marla plot in islamabad . |
