Dear Readers!

I bought a plot in AZALIA block in Bahria Town C lahore around 3 years Back. I paid extra amount for Corner and facing park. now I come to know that this block is not being developed and the alloties are being accommodated somewhere else. It is a new kind of fraud. can some brother shed light on this issue? How can i find the new plot number. How can they change my plot location without my consent? Bahria Town is totally in the hands of Fraud people.They are looting people again and again and nobody take action. Now they are selling Lahore Orchards.

yes brother I also have suffered from this plot changing thing, now I find out that they are doing the same thing on there Orchard project, they haven't even developed these plots yet and are selling them at 30% more at the price of the developed plots of Sector C. I asked this from a property dealer and he came up with a stupid story about orchard having main road access and Sector C being far from canal road. I cant believe these all dealers are now advertising this maybe fraud project for BT again. I remember talking on the phone with a ex dealer of mine who said and I quot, if we were fruads we would still be

Dear Mohsin , I suggest you give ur these grievancies in the prominent news Papers English/urdu. Act like Ifthehar ch to expose these fraud ppl bahria town Wala malik riaz who is playing with ur hard earned money.u will see all the effectees will speak out lawyers and bahria ppl will start behaving.I feel pity for this malik riaz who does not want IZZATH(respect) but want to earn money at all cost to take it to his grave.

Interesting. How many promises you gentlemen have kept and broken.Who in Pakistan tells the truth and keeps promises. So this is the law of nature. You get what you do to others. Changing the plot location you call fraud. Read the orignal conditions when you applied for these plots. If those were not acceptable you should not have applied.If those were acceptable than just live with what you have signed.

Mr Khan, you are either Malik Riaz or his son or son his in law( direct beneficiaries)if non of them , then his chamcha who instead of sympathising with the effecties and suggesting some way out, you are blaming them for having applied for a plot in the scheme.
Dear effecties,the suggestion of going to press agaist BT is the only way to expose them for their manipulation to earn maximum for them selves and in return give maximum torture/tension to the members.Also wait for Mr Ifthehar Ch to take over as CJ.
Malik Riaz you dont do the things which u say on the screen!!!
