Needed info on Zone-5 Islamabad,

Zone 5 Starts from about 1 KM after Air Turn on Islamabad Express Way.
1. DHA-2 Ext, commoners town.
2. Zaraj Housing.
3. Naval Anchorage.
Fall in Zone-5. Bahria 8 is not exist in Zone-5. DHA -2 Extension Comners Town Blocks location is good but DHA -2 Extension location is unknown.About 10KM inside from comners Town.Development charges of DHA-II Extension might be 9 to 12 Lekh for 500 Yards Plot.Payable in installments.urrent rate is 6 Lekh for 500 Yards.
Naval Anchorage and Zaraj are developed schemes and u an construct house there.Pahse 8 is good but distance from Islamabad is more.
If u are interested to to live in Islamabad in near future,from these four i recommend u Naval Anchorage.For investment Comners Town (now DHA)and DHA-II Extension files are good.

I think investment wise, let us wait for DHA-3.
In March this opportunity would likely to be available. The location of DHA-3 is very good. This investment, in many ways, will be better than Zaraj.
The return will be more, after the "hanging bridge" on Sawan river will start becoming a reality. They are now designing it and I think to skim money, they will at least announce just before they make public DHA-3.
I do not really blame them as they have a right to advertise their product but DHA ethics are now on downfall, at least, in Rawalpindi.
Although DHA-3 will be having a small no of plots and mostly gonna go to the the services people but still, as per the info at this hour, some quota would reserved for non-serving.
Regarding Aghosh, things are still not clear, I think they are having land issues with those guys and if you talk DHA official regarding aghosh, they become as silent as a dead man----- I do not why?
BT phase-8 is no doubt good for both as an investment and also for future house.
DHA-2 extension both commoners in proper will earn money, if CDA does not come up with a real NEW stuff and would actually mean to do what they would talk, as now it seems CDA started realizing that there is something called as DHA there somewhere to affect their reputation.
