Pls do not repeat the same adds again and agian.

There is no legal transfer of houses in Askari X, which is a major draw back. ALso, needless to say, constrcution is of F grade , as all the units are constrcuted by Govt. contractors.

No dispute about the ideal and goood location of the society.

The transfer can take place in the name of army officers or person belonging to defence. It is not opened for civilians. So any civilian purchasing a house does at his own risk and cost and has to adopt some other means to get occupation only. The house will remain in the name of seller till some transfer procedure to civilian is formulated which may not happen in near future.
By the way........ Mr Ibrahim Lughmani is repeating his posts so many times that his aim is very clear to every one. We should see good and bad aspects both of a property and must learn to know someone else point of view. This is a very healthy forum. Thanks

Well.. all this advertisement and annoying Askari 10.. Why anyone want to invest/or just to own a home which may never be transferable to them and pay his/her hard earned money and put this one to the risk of later getting them to transfer this, whenever they changed policy??. I would rather buy some place where I can own and some day transfer this to my kids..How can I trust anyone with few stamped papers..and what if you loose those papers in fire/theft most likely by the relative who has his name on it? This is another scam..stay away..
