I have a plot in Valencia Society of 5 Marla which i am planning to sell. It is near plot number 37 of A3 block.
I have put up my demand after reviewing the prices and which have offer from the interested parties. :forsale:

Do u have any idea, what are the construction requirements of the society? Like in Cantt. area u need to leave spaces even in 5 marla while in some other socities a 5 marla house can covered fully.
Is the price qouted above negotiable? |

Dear Pardesi,
Thanks for your interest, their is no requirement for leaving space on the sides and at the back, however you will be laving space in the front only.
