Can Some one let me know, Estimated prices given by CMY include the Develepment charges.
Like below one. Do I need to pay Development charges 9 lac at the top or its already been paid ?
DHA Lahore Phase 7 Block P 1 Kanal= 38 to 48 Lacs

this price is inclusive of development charges. |

Development charges are now fully paid for all plots. No plot can be transfered if some charges are still due. Prices include development charges. You dont pay any development charges just wait for possession of plot and than start construction the dream house. |
