I saw your ad before, there is no Raw Land on both sides of Canal, may be small patches are but not as much you see. many of these are already housing societies, in 1990s and early 2000. Some of them could not perform development at all other could only do prtial development, not good enough to attract construction. This type of Land is a real headache, it belong to many people who bought it very cheap, many of them has already died. You can neither redeevolp nor cancel their allotment. |
