DHA 8 Parkview Open file?
Any one that holds that file can get it transfered in their own name. Seller have signed all needed documents in front of Parkview society. With open files in hand on transfer day DHA could argue some signs of sellers dont match or some needed docs are missing. Buyer could be in deep trouble if that happens.
DHA Transfer Files ?
Seller must come in DHA office on transfer day and sign all docs in front of DHA. DHA only transfer file after all legal requirements are met. Like no past due amounts till that day. No legal challenges or disputes on file or property till that day of transfer. No loans pending from banks on those properties ( If banks have loan on property they must give give Clearance to DHA first before transfer could be held).
Allocation file ?
A paper or letter from DHA that you will a one kanal plot in this or that phase at time of ballot for giving 4 kanal land to DHA. It is a guaranty that you will get a plot in ballot.
I apologies for wrong year on todays rates update. I am too busy and always post these rates when I am in rush to do some thing else. I wish I had hours of free time like I use to have in USA to update recheck every thing before I post it. I miss arguing with other on serious topics. My health and my business and family responsibilities dont allow me any more free time than I am giving to this web page.Even with very busy life after hacker put down our sites I needed and spent 100s of hours in past 2-3 weeks to restore web sites with past useful info pictures maps etc. So I could not get more time to share my views with you.
I dont healthy enough or strong enough to keep posting updates and add more useful info to web sites but your prayers and you apprciateion for this web site keeps me rollong day by day.

CMY, I am worried about your health. Have you thought about taking a 2 week vacation and forgetting everything during that time? It is something we ALL need to do for ourselves and our love ones. Fly to Cairo or Damascus or Iran and enjoy !!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe you need to get out of Pakistan for a couple weeks. |
