bro I don't know what you think you are. You sound like an inexperienced guy who happen to stumble upon this web site where only big and experienced investors come to seek info. You sound like some poor guy who's just looking for a place to live, your attitude is extremely rude and offensive not just to me but to most of the people on this forum. You also look like an inexperienced person when it comes to property I mean who in the history of LRE has written a post in which they have said that when I go to buy a plot it costs more, this shows your amateurism, son you are small potatoes. Talking about 12 20 lacs and when you saw a big figure who's zeros you could not count you got frustrated and lashed out. Small fish like you should just remain calm and should stay in there limits because from all your written rubbish it is easy to make out you don't have a cent to your name and are just trying to distort others.

Yes i am Inexperience in property.. but yet good enough to not come into the hand of experience property dealer like you (& what would be thinking of a person who call customers as fish).. so forget it..

2ndly this portal don't belong to property dealers only, (mind it) there are 100s of normal buyers or seller also come on this web for buying & selling like me..

3rd, He is not a fish for me. i just try to correct him. (& after all the price he posted were well below then the amount i am thinking about investing, so he can't be a big fish for me.. sorry for your thinking). I don't know when some one want to correct other why he or other get offend, same attitude has pushed us far far away from "Dawah"

4th, i have small amount of spear money which i am looking to invest in something.. 3.5-4 million.. in a sense of good investment, and building my house as well.. I only shared my experience (in different thread) but yet again i am far more rich then you.. i have 10s of acre commercial land in mardan.. (jiss ki tumhari oukaat nahin kharidnay ki).. but spear money (which means extra)

last not the least, i never went offensive until someone attacks me.. it was you who attacked me.. & when i respond in same manner, you start crying.. (chossni chahiya)

first of all i am not a property dealer second the above person can demand what ever he wants its his property if you don't like the demand look away and last yeh if you had that commercial property you wouldn't be so inexperienced and rude.

Read the following verse from Quran: May be it can help

"Al Hakum ut Tasakar, Hata Zartum ul muqaabir" ---Translation "Ghaflat mein rakha tumhain maal kee kasrat nay, yihan tak kay tum nay qabrain jaa dekhie"

So gentlemen why boast about that "Maal" which is not yours, never was yours and never will be yours. Even if it is in your possession today it is temporary, dont judge people on their social status alone plzzzzzz

oh and the trick is not to save your self from a property dealer, anyone can do that by simply saying No! The thing is to find an investment at a price cheaper then the market with a good location and buying at the right ime which you missed 1.5 months ago.

i didn't try to judged any one from his status.. I only replied in a squaching manner to "Info". So he could change his attitude.. but kuttay ki dhoom kabhi sedhi nahin honnay walli.. & sorry if you get this idea from my posts.. but certainly i never meant that..

i already given you a very good suggestion.. "1st learn how to speak then come". my 1st post to the seller was "12 lac? r u sure?" which means i asked him whether u r selling on this price? which also means i have shown interest in his property (while his asking price was so low) but i guess u need a level of understanding things.. while saying this line " the above person can demand what ever he wants its his property if you don't like the demand look away "

& also another free information "being the owner of commercial land, you can't be an experience property investor, most of the times you inherit what your forefather left for you"

The Correct price is = Rs.12,500,000
Price of land in AIT is from Rs.550,000- 750,000/Merla
The house consists as
1- Lawn approximately 12 marla
2 portion
2- 1 Old Construction – Ground+1 story contains
3- bed room +2 bed room +4 bath room+ 2 store +2 kitchen
(2 independent family can live )
3- Court yard
4- Annexy 7/8 years old consists of 3 bed room attached bath
+ dressing + TV lounge 42x12’+ Stair case to open roof top.
