I request my brothers in Pindi/Islamabad to kindly tell me some details regarding Soan Garden, its location, development/living standards and present cost of 10 marlas/one kanal plots. can it be compared with bahria town or DhaI in some way.

very simple in zone5,only invest in dha or BT,even dont think to invest any other schemes like,sohan garden,pwd,korang etc. |

PWD, KORANG TOWN AND SOHAN GARDENS ARE THE GOOD SOCITIES AND ARE GOOD FOR INVESTMENT IF YOU BUY PLOTS ON THE GOOD LOCATION. |

Sawan Garden is CDA approved society in Zone-5. Location better than Bahria Town, 21 km from Zero Point Islamabad. Development standard is not as good as Bahria.H Block is on depression and situated near river other blocks are good. |

Mostly, Middle class people living in SOAN Garden or PWD, whereas BT or DHA preferably belongs to a little upper Class.
Location: Soan/PWD is far better then DHA or BT.
Value: As in Pakistan, the class differences getting bigger n bigger so it's a trend to change a class. DHA is a kinda lable symbol for elite class and have more buyers then PWD/SOAN or else. thats why it's famous even though it's too far from Islamabad. It's so simple, if you have more buyers in the market then automatically the price goes up.
10 Marla in SOAN/PWD is in range of 27-35++. |

I have been to Soan Garden and I could say for sure that they are not even close to what Bahria and DHA has done or doing. Location is better but living conditions are much better in DHA and Bahria. If I have some extra money I would go for Bahria ph-6 that connects to GT and Isb hwy. Right now I built house in Zaraj which I believe is equally better, only time would tell if I am right or wrong. But Bahria Town is alot better. I only went and bought in Zaraj couple of years back due to my limited budget and I guess more value for the money. I bought 12 marla for the price less that 1o marla in Bahria. Last time I checked 1 kanal in Bahria is b/w 35 & 40 lacs. |
