i am intrested to purchase plot for my personal purposes in Ghari Town or adjacent area near like khana pull. can some one inform me about the pro and cons and the price.

Be careful in buying any plot in that area.
My friend bought a plot in 'Ghauri town' and
other owner reached with registry, when be
wanted to make boundry wall.

Mr. Nadeem i read your enquiry about Ghauri Town, in my views its a very good and apporachable area in islamabad, i have my own residence in Ghauri Pahse III and my uncle want to sale his 5 Marla House accommodation of 2 bed with attach baths and a kitchen, a TV lounge, a drawing room and a gerage with marble flooring.

Ghouri Town is the best place, ownership,price and locality-wise. As regards its status CDA-wise, it is same as Chak Shehzad. It is a private property and you can get registered in your name immediately on payment of price and get possession of the plot. And above all you can start building house immediately as you like without any jhanjat of map approval, etc. It is presently the scheme with topmost development activity.

Ghauri Town Phase-1,2,3 are very close to Fizaiya stop, which is close to Khanna Pull a great shopping point specially the Vegetable market.
Rates are very reasonable from
DHA-II
2-Bahria Phase 1 to 6
3-Zaraj
4-Naval Anchorage
5-CBR Town
6-Jinnah Garden
6-Police Foundation
7-Kornag Town
6-Sawan Garden
7-PWD
8-Pakistan Town

All these above mentioned societies are far away from Khanna Pull and it takes more than 1 Hr to reach Blue area (if you have your own convience) otherwise :-) , where as from ghauri town it takes my 25 minutes to reach Blue Area.

My comments about Ghouri Town, Phase I,II, III, IV & V

It is developed by a group of people at their own resourses and sold in . Phase IV and V are recently developed and are being sold. It is a good place for residing as it is located at Islamabad Expressway. All facilities are available. I am residing in Ghouri Town Phase I since April 2003.

It is a rectangular plot which dimensions are 54 x 90 = 4860 Square Feet located at Hakla Road Sector E-18 Opposite Block A Gulshan-e-Sehat in Islamabad. Motorway is 300 meters far from this plot and it is at a very prime location not in depression in any way. After the formal inauguration of Islamabad Airport its price/worth will be many times higher. So, the real investors are invited to buy this property for a great return in coming months.
