news of today is that current gov. have the option to apeal against drAQ..that was whAT shah mehmood qureishi told the media so the investigation chapter is not closed...this statment was made after the accusation from both india and usa gb allies...dont you think the gov. should make some careful decisions about releasing dr. AQ although i dont think the house arrest was the same as what CJ have been through ... dr. AQ did have telecommunications while CJ was completely disconnected (im not favoring CJ) just want to underline the degree of house arrest....the prove is that dr. AQ have been in discussion on express news through telephone
naveed bhai please comment on that because in my opinion you have been providing fruitfull informantions...is it really an issue we should think so straight and look over the what can be dangereous for our nations dignity

You cannot compare CJ with AQ. It’s like apple to orange comparison. AQ has a lot of things in his credit. CJ is a completely different story. I dare to say that CJ is indeed controversial personality, you don’t have to agree with me.
For AQ, I think it is too early to say anything. Let’s hope for the best. |

After putting these 4 points you said "Hope I am not openning a can of worms here" and believe me i can answer logically all these 4 points :) but since you had already put an end to it ... so i will just say, i respectfully disagree with all of these points and leave the decision to conscious heart and mind.
