Anyone have good idea about the prices of 240 / 400 sq yds plot in Gulshan-e-Maymear Karachi.
Specially in Bolck T and W.

I am interested in purchasing a 240/400 sq yards in G maymar.
Actually in sector w there are no 240 sq yards plot.
If you are a property dealer i dont want to go further.
If you are a serious seller i am interested in purchasing a plot
Within the given specifications.
The ground reality for maymar is it needs another fivr years to be developed enough from security point of view.
I mean crossing Sohrab goth and the surrounding Goths to its partially developed sectors.

Fair price for 240 is 20 lacs insector T
for w sector 400 depending on the location from 33 to 40 lacs |

T-240= what is good deal price? on 70 feet road
T-400= what is price?
W-400=what is price?

the prices are decreasing day by day and now a days price of 240 at sector T-2 is 1700,000 only |
