Dear all Viewers,

May I have some information regarding the EDEN Lands project.
I want to invest in eden lands for medium to long term period.

I just want to be advised regarding the credibility and long term prospect of the society i.e. will that be a good investment for people who want ot build their homes in medium to long term future.

well, eden has reputation.. but why the hell you wanna buy 5m for 1 million which is miles away from lahore (central).

totally agree with asim

distances dont matter now ,look at BT and sukh chayn or izmir they r all good .lahore will expand plus noone wants to live in rushy areas .

Adding to what Asim said, where can one get 5 marlas in 10 lac in Lahore central or other main lahore areas?

Furthermore, it is installments,therefore in today's value, the plot value is around 8 lac using NCF method or discounted rate method.

agree lahore is expending.. but ring road is its limit those societies are outside ring road will be called as outside. & also township got advantage because of shahbaz shareef developed gulberg, model town and sourounding areas. Any how it was my opinion, and one can deny from it, or accept it.

@Rehman, can u please check the rates of DHA-Rehbar? & also Khaban-e-Ameen is another good society. there are also other societies with less development and prices like Wyeth, naz town etc... Or haan i guess u can get 5m plot in izmir, behria, jublee and even some close societies to tohkar.

yes asim is right,
after 5years distance is not problem. thats y eden group is good as campare another group in lahore.

lolzz yeah right.. i used to see miles of traffic jam on A1, M6 & M4, just because the London was expending.. & i expect same for Lahore. They built many flyovers, bypasses, motorways, but forgot that the whole traffic have to come to central london any way.
