I am looking for a 1 - 2 bedrooms apartment. I would prefer to purchase in Lahore. I would like at least a good hospital and some shops (grocery shops nearby).

Apartment needs to be in a secure area as I will be away for a month or two at times (work). Can you guys/girls please recommend some areas?

I would prefer areas like Cantt, Defence, etc... if you could mention the going rates that would be much appreciated.

I have apartment in Clifton Block 1, it's close to Ziauddin Hospital, third building from Arabian Sea (meaning only 2 minutes walk) but not Sea facing apartment, at the location from where the bridge will be built that will connect Clifton to Manora. It's first floor west open, two beds with attached baths, all marble flooring, aluminum windows, small balcony, lounge and kitchen. It has security, project's own boundary walls and purely residential. Apartment is complete but building works like outside plaster, finishing on common areas, etc., still going on. Write to me on for further information.

SK : if you can afford it, go for park lane towers, they have everything you can hope for in a western apartment building ... but it will cost you around 1.5 crores.

Thanks for replying guys. I think Lane Towers apartments are overpriced cheaper to buy in Dubai. I do not wish to buy an apartment in a commercial building. I am looking for an apartment in a Residential building/block (area needs to be family oriented/safe). Something like Askari apartments in Cantt.
