can you please give us update about Naval Anchorage and B-17. some one told us on our last visit to pakistan that they are trying to merge it in DHAI.

what are current prices of B-17.

and also what is a future of DHAI commerical avenue 4 marla Plots.

I have 25 lacs to spare and intend to invest at a place in or around Islamabad, commercial or residential. I was advised to buy commerial plot near bhara Koh, DHA II extension and CBR. Your comments and suggestions for alternative.

buy in G-15F-15 or G-16........best time to invest. I did in G-15 and now it's double within a year, even within these difficult economic crisis. F-15 would be a good option. Some people argue that the location is not good for construction due to the mud, coz the reason is they don't have any proper study of construction. DHA II extension is a long game min. 10 years, while if you buy a plot in F-15 now, it would get same price as with DHA Phase II not extension in 3-5 years. DHA is just a name, the quality isn't as good as the real DHA in Karachi and Lahore. Zone II will be the best area coz of new airport, so better to try in this region. If you want any help, contact me we can find some better options for you.

About Naval Anchorage and B-17. These areas aren't give you much in return. B-17 is off the route and quite far from real Islamabad, their rates aren't increased as in G-15 are, so do the Naval Anchorage.

Shad khan, don't just follow the name. Just visit in G-11 and see the conditions, It's posh area same as BT or DHA. G-13 will be same as G-11, so as G-15. In Islamabad, Socieites/CDA don't carpet the roads at ones, thats why many people observe that G-15 or similar areas aren't well developed. Just wait a year or so, and you will see the difference in that society. I bought a plot in 30 and now it's 60+. It's not possible in DHA or BT to get such benefit within just a year.

just a quick reference, Today I found an interesting comparison. A 40X80 good location house in G-15 is same price as a same size house in BT. BT phase II were quite developed, but G-15 is just in the beigning stage.

25 lack rupees are not enough for investment in comercial property,barakhu is not good for investment ,it is best for you to purchase 2 files/certificates of phase11ext or if you want to try your luck than purchase 30x60 plot in e/12,or one kanal plot in c/12 aposite to d/12 in chamber of comerce housing society the price of one kanal plot is 15 lack rupees,the status is same as barakhu and banegala mean c/12 is falles in zone3,may be with in 2 years time the price will cross 1 crore rupees,if you have only 25 lack rupees and dont want to take risk than you have only one safe option to invest or purchase 2 certificate plots in phase2ext,it is definate the map will come in this year, development is already started.
