I have 2 questions for you sir.I have bought an allocation file in dha phase 9/10 like a year ago through my brother in law as I live in overseas. Now what documents I should have from my brother to get a conformation from dha that file was tranfered to my name properly. Do I have to sign a transfer letter now and do I need an appointment from dha for that.What is the timeline for this process? Will this cost me any money now?Do I need seller be present there now?
Second question, why the price of DHA Islamabad 2 ext is slowly up while all other schemes have crashed. Is there any development? Just curious :)

Rabbani sahib your transfer must be complete and your allocation should be ready in DHA. All you need is your original NIC card and and you must go to DHA personally with NIC and a receipt of documents received y DHA ( A plain white paper with DHA blue stamp on it).
DHA 2 ext had taken too much hit or fall in very short time period so its slowly recovering major losses. Nothing special there.
