In recent past we have seen some turnaround in Stock market. Understandably there is slightly more confidence in investors that they have started investing in stock market of Pakistan. Should we expect identical scenario in Property market as well?
Which scheme/society of Islamabad/Lahore is anyway performing well that even if no such turnaround takes place, yet the property worth of these schemes would appreciate?

In Islamabad, only Zone I is stable. None others....
