Unfortunately after this trip also i found the same thing because the real estate agents dealing in G maymar are quoting price way too much high i mean artificially inclined and i can justify this that same advertisement for sale of plots in g maymar are being posted in the news paper sunday edition, if the price is so dam right why the plots are not being sold.
I am a buyer who would only buy if the price is right
i dont know about you either you are a buyer or seller
for 400 plots not more than 30 lacs and for 240 20 lacs max subject to the location and documentation. thanks to govt of pakistan they have4 increased the rates of national savings upto 15.2% i can afford to block my money in this scheme for couple of years and buy a plot of my choice any time i want. worst i will buy 2 dha 9/10 file in dha lahore sell one and make a home on one.
pretty soon govt will impose wealth tax on property phir maza aye ga.

I visited GM in December and the price was around 25 for 240 in T and around 42 for 400 W in good location.
Anyway DHA Lhr phase 9/1o is very long term - did you check DHAI-2 Ext - very cheap now a days.

i am still waiting to hear from you either you are a buyer or seller
if you are a buyer may be we can work together to buy one big plot for eg 600 corner and go for a bifurcation or buy two plots from the same dealer for a fair price.
let me know if u are interested this fever of becoming rich thru real estate will only deprive genuine home makers like me and produce
a nation with majority of people homeless i have an option of living in the west so neither i am desperate nor i want to support this wrong trend.

I am also a buyer like you but no rush to buy land, can wait for a good deal!!
I am interested in T-1(in front of W) cause there are couple of houses there. can go for W also but my budget is low (around 30)
Please lt me know if end up cutting a good deal!!
