Sheikha, u buy this plot 4 ur self from the seller. I have helped u by giving u a jenuine mkt price. If i had plot like this in my stock , i wd have given u surely. A tip of advice...plz do convince the seller abt actual market price of plot b4 giving on this forum , this will help in promoting realestate biz to great extent.I m telling u out of my personal experience that the prices quoted by real estate ppl on this forum were quite different to what i saw on ground on my arrival at Pakistan.
