For the same plot facing or adjacent to commercial area, the estate agent will count many adavantages if you are a prospective buyer & many disadvantages if you are a seller. |

A very big disadvantage in DHA. Too much traffic noise etc. Commercial facing plots are priced lowest in DHA Lahore.
In LDA schemes areas etc it could be plus point because latter residential property could be made commercial property by paying commercial fees and bribes. |
