I would appreciate sincere advice for the following two.
1)I invested in a shop in one of the DHAI Ph2 shopping plazas (Giga Mall). I am paying the installments regularly.The shop is worth 2400k. I just want to know if this investment is worth keeping and worth putting the money in or should I look into disposing this?
2)What is the best investment for 10-12 lakh in Islamabad if I want to keep it for lets say 5-10 years.

When are you promised the possession and how many installments have you paid so far?
DHAI 2 ext might be good as current prices there seem reasonable. |
