Sorry to interupt...although I am not interested but the price quoted is too much. The rates in Askari 10 are sharply declining because there is no buyer and on the other hand hundreds of houses have been alloted to officers. Since civilians can not purchase due to not transferable status , therefore the rates may come down very sharply. It is expected that it may even touch around 50 Lacs or even less.

Mr Decent, where is my offer of 50 lacs, you are in league with admin to remove such like realistic offers. You demanded 87 lacs and i offered 50 lacs... what was bad in it...you should have just regreted if my offer was not acceptable to you |
