Chacha , Some Realestate dealers, specialy from islamabad, are quoting very high fake prices to befool overseas on this forum. This trend is adversely effecting their business. Your comments/ advice :flg

You are 100% correct.During my recent stay in pakistan I got a plot in bt islamabad for 40 lacs where as the price of the same plot was quoted by a dealer on this forum as 65 lacs |

Butt Sahib, I want to buy a plot in BT Rawalpindi. Whoever I talk to I am told that the price of 10 Marla plot in BT phase II is close to 40 lacs. Is this the right price or how much 10M plot would be.

Dear Ahmed, there should be no much of difference in the on going rates because there is no buyers in the market. I am back in uk after my leave other wise i would have surely helped you. Plz ask your dear n near one in pakistan to look for an owner who is selling his plot( not a dealer plot), you will get it on my above mentioned rate. These dealers specially from Pindi/Islamabad are quoting very high prices for their own plots to befool expats.
