I have two DHA Valley files 8 Marlas each. One is a regular plot while the other one is in the Oversesas block. I can only keep one. Would someone advise me as to which of the two is better to sell at this time. Which has a higher growth potential in the future, if any.
Are the Overseas block plots selling at a loss too. What is the the loss for an 8 marla plot.
