A 30 x 60 ideal plot is available for sale in newly developing sector G-14/1. The plot is located just in front of the Markaz/Commercial Area and Corner too. It could be useful for commercial purpose too. The sector is under-developed now but after possession due to it's location it'll worth more then 50. Asking price in 30 Lacs (Negotiable)......

Trap.....What do you mean? The rates for G-14/1 till Late September 2008 was 26-27, inner plots. This society belongs to FGEHS and they are in deep pressure from the retired officers to do it as soon as possible. Also, a Supreme Court decision on whole G-14 sector will come soon, so possession will be given within 1-2 years.

Please don't comment such negative remarks. Even you don't know whats' the reality and just arguing with no base. For you kind information, I had offer of 26+ in sept.

@Asim, It's not a nala view plot that you might getting in 17. I have plot even in 16 if you're interested so. There are many people who might wanna sell their properties coz of economical conditions, it doesn't mean that the land is so cheap.

I am sorry but you people don't have any knowledge and you just comment here. Just check the last year statistics of G-14, you will find the answer... OK!!!!

@shajee, email me if you need anything in G-14. I am not making fool to anyone. I know the reality and I know how much this plot worth, just back till Sept. I got offer of 26. So, it's my right to ask the price.

Mr. Expat, I know people like you, cool.......and I know what kind of mentality you people have. I didn't invite you in this discussion coz it's not a discussion. I advertise a plot whom I suppose to sell..thats all.. I don't need your suggestions....Thanks.

I think you are talking about G14/4, where prices for 1 Kanal plot are around 9 million. Can someone please confirm

@Realestate Dealer, I understand your view but these people just make fun that's all.. so they need answer, otherwise they will not stop. No one knows the reality and they just comment. We are not here for making fun of others. The problem of this sector is that there is no buyer and only few plots available in the market and all of them belongs to some needy people. If there will be any business activity in G-14 then believe me these people will happily given me an offer. I got offers in Sept, 2008 and I know what's the exact value of this area. It's just a mafia created low price, some say 17 some say 20 or 20 or so on.

@Shajee, In G-14/4 you can get a Kanal plot in 80-90. If you contact me at and I'll let you know the details.

Brother you keep referring to Sep 2008 prices. It is now Feb 2009. Things have changed a lot. What is the current price. also what is 30*60 in marlas

shoaib mukhtar sab please visit area of G-14 and talk to local people there. They are constructing sold houses for their next generations. There is no way cda can take g-14 soon. local people demand is 7 arab rupees but cda is giving them only 1 arab/Rs- compensation. there are two types of mafia, one mafia is creating low price and other mafia like you create high fake prices. all low grade high grade government servants are part of mafia group.

Boss, maybe you guys don't know the rules of CDA. Govt, can take over any area, but they have to compensate it properly. The case is in Supreme Court and you will hear very soon some kinda verdict. I know people like you just heard some Gossips like everyone in Islamabad. Please visit FEGHS office and asked the latest info..

About mafia, let me tell you one thing, I had an offer of 26 in Sept. It's just an insult if someone offer me 17 now. I know whats the problem with you guys, there aren't many plots in the market and so only agents try to buy the plots in very low price. That's what the real mafia is....Understand.

And for you kind info, these small plots allotted to people of grade 17 or less. No one talk about Malik Riaz and others coz they are the noble people, they grab poor people land and sold in millions, and if people like me asked a reasonable price then all you guys feel jealous and commenting...Why...!!!!
