Dear CMY & Friends,
I am thinking to buy a file in phase 8 but before I buy want to have comments on:
Should I buy a file now?
Or I should wait until after ballot of phase 8.
I would like to point out that after ballot of phase 7 the plots were sold at less price as compared to files prior to ballot of Phase 7.
