please advice want to invest around 50 lacs in lahore defence.
9/10 3 files are better or some other option.
investment for kids 8-10 years.

Situation is bad only invest in ready to live property, Nothing is going to change in 8 to 10 years. Market cant abrorb such huge supply in 8,10 years time especially if sentiment remained negative. If you dont believe see 3 years old posts

You better buy a possesion plot in ph 5 or ph 6. CMY sb , being in realestate biz ,is in a better to comment. As they say " A bird is better than two in the bush " Best Regards
