Dear Alpha Beta:

Be careful and do not damage the interest of real customer. The price range for 40x80 in G13/1 is about 75 lakhs. In G13/3 even higher at high plateau upto 80-85 Lakhs.

So let us not damage the interest of people who are offering or willing to buy.
